| What you're weighing up | OwCo Media | A national trade agency |
|---|---|---|
| What you're buying | A website, once. | Usually a monthly program: the site, campaigns and support, all on one bill. |
| Where the cost stops | At the price on the page. Marketing afterwards is month to month, cancel any time. | It doesn't — that's the model. Ask what the minimum term is before you sign. |
| Who you talk to | The person who built your site. | Usually an account manager, with a team doing the work behind them. |
| How long to live | First build in 5 days on the entry build, 15 on the largest. | Onboarding first, then a campaign ramp. Ask for the timeline in writing. |
| Getting found | Search setup and structured data are in every build, so Google and the AI assistants can read the site. | Campaigns and local SEO are what the monthly program is for. |
| Keeping it running | Looked after at no extra cost. Small fixes, backups and text changes are covered by the price you already paid. | Support is part of the monthly program, so it stops when the program does. |
| If it isn't right | Every dollar refundable in full until launch. | Ask what leaving looks like before you start. |
Their side describes how that route usually works for an owner, not one company's terms — the businesses named above each publish their own, and you should read them directly. Our side is what we do and what we charge, and it is on every page of this site.
Our side is live: Launch Site is $600, or $120 to start, first build in 5 days.
Pick that route if
When that route is the better answer.
- You want a team running paid campaigns and local search every month, and you have the budget for it.
- You'd rather one company handled the website and the marketing together.
- You're at a size where a monthly growth budget is a fair way to spend money.
Pick us if
When we are.
- You want a good website now and the option to do marketing later, not a program you're tied into.
- You want to own the site and the files outright.
- You'd rather talk to the person doing the work than to an account manager.
Either way
Look at what we actually shipped.
Three of the sites we built, each one openable live. If they're not what you'd want for your business, that's useful to know now rather than after a call.
The questions
Answered straight.
Do you run marketing too?
We do, as a separate monthly plan, month to month with no contract — and only if we think it's worth your money. If a build is all you need, we'll say so and sell you that.
Cheaper than a monthly program?
Over a couple of years, almost always. A program is a bill that arrives every month for as long as you're with them; our price is paid once and ends. What you don't get is a team running campaigns every month — that's the trade.
Can you set the site up so it's found without paid ads?
Yes. Every build includes the search setup, the page titles and descriptions, the structured data that lets Google and the AI assistants read the site, and the local pages if you serve a set of towns. That work is in the price.
What does an OwCo site cost?
Launch Site is $600, or $120 to start, first build in 5 days. Every package includes the design and build, connecting the tools you already run, search setup and going live — and any money paid is refundable in full until launch.

One line is enough and it costs nothing: you get the build we'd recommend, what it costs and how fast it can be live — before any money moves.
