Custom CRM

A CRM built for your business.$1,000 once, $50 a month, nobody pays per seat.

Everything the ten best-known CRMs sell, built into one tool that fits how you actually sell — and belongs to you. No fee per person, no licence that punishes you for hiring, no upgrade tier with the reports hidden inside it.

What's in it

Everything the big platforms do, in your own tool.

Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Freshsales, monday CRM, Close, Copper, Insightly, Nutshell and the rest — this is the ground they cover between them, written the way an owner would say it. All of it comes with the build: what your business will use is set up, the rest isn't in your way.

Every customer in one place

The record that stops you asking “what did we quote them?” for the fourth time.

  • One record per person and per company, with every number, email and address they've ever given you
  • Your own fields for what actually matters — gate codes, the dog's name, the day they prefer, how they pay
  • Tags and saved lists, so “everyone in Dublin who hasn't booked since spring” is one click, not a spreadsheet
  • A full history on each record: what you quoted, what they said, what you did, and when
  • Duplicates caught and merged, so the same customer typed in twice becomes one person
  • Related people and companies linked together — the office manager, the owner, the property manager
  • Import from a spreadsheet, your old CRM, your phone contacts, or a stack of business cards

A pipeline that looks like how you sell

Stages named your way, and the day's work handed to you each morning.

  • Drag-and-drop stages in your words — “Quoted”, “Waiting on the deposit”, “Scheduled”
  • More than one pipeline when you sell more than one thing: repairs, installs, service contracts
  • What's stalled and for how long, so a quote can't quietly go cold
  • A next step and a date on every job, and the list of who to call today
  • Lost reasons recorded, so you find out where the work leaks away
  • Win rate and conversion by stage, without asking anyone to build a report

Leads caught from everywhere

Enquiries land as records with a next step, never as an email somebody means to get to.

  • Forms on your website drop straight in — no copy-paste, no “check the inbox”
  • Missed calls and texts become contacts with a follow-up attached
  • Rules that send the good ones to the right person, or to whoever is on call
  • Facebook, Instagram and Google lead forms connected and filed the same way
  • Every enquiry time-stamped with where it came from, so you know which channel pays
  • Chat on your website that writes itself into the record with the conversation attached

Email, calls and texts in the same place

One thread per customer, on the record, whoever on the team had the conversation.

  • Two-way email sync from your own address, so every message files itself on the contact
  • Know when a quote was opened and read, before you pick up the phone
  • Templates and follow-up runs that stop by themselves the moment they reply
  • Click-to-call, call logging, recordings and transcripts on the record
  • Texting and short-notice reminders from the same screen as the job
  • A shared team inbox, so the office and the field see the same thread

Quoting, invoicing and getting paid

The paperwork that used to eat your evening, doing itself.

  • Quotes and estimates built from your own price list and sent as a link
  • Signature on a phone in two minutes, filed against the job
  • Invoices, deposits and balance reminders that chase themselves
  • Card and bank payment against the invoice, marked paid without anyone typing it in
  • Recurring charges for contract work — monthly, quarterly, or once a season
  • A simple catalogue of what you sell, so nobody retypes line items

Automation that takes the admin

If this happens, do that — rules you can read, not code.

  • “New lead → text the on-call number → create the job → put it on Thursday”
  • Tasks, reminders and stage changes created for you rather than remembered by you
  • Auto-assign by area, by trade, or by whoever is free
  • A review request sent once the job is marked done
  • Renewal and re-service reminders for work that repeats
  • An alert when a job sits still or a quote goes unanswered

Numbers you'd actually read

The week at a glance, and every figure traceable to the records behind it.

  • A dashboard for the week: what came in, what was quoted, what closed
  • Forecast built from your pipeline and your own close rates
  • Per-person activity and results, without it feeling like a spy in the van
  • Reports you can build yourself, and export when the accountant asks
  • The numbers emailed to you Monday morning, whether you open the app or not

Built for your trade, not a template

Your fields, your stages, your words — set up before you log in the first time.

  • Your language throughout: a fence crew, a salon and an HVAC company get three different tools
  • Your logo, colours and phone number on the quotes and forms your customers see
  • The mobile app for the truck: contacts, notes, photos of the job, voice notes
  • Keeps working in a basement or a field with no signal, and syncs when you're back
  • Training on your own data, for whoever will actually use it
  • Changes as you grow — new fields, stages and reports — instead of a support ticket and a wait

Everything else talks to it

It fits the tools you already pay for, rather than replacing them.

  • Google or Outlook calendar, so jobs show up where you already look
  • Gmail and Microsoft 365 for email and contacts
  • Accounting — QuickBooks, Xero, Wave — with invoices and payments kept in step
  • Payments through Stripe, Square or PayPal
  • Your phone system, website chat and WhatsApp
  • Slack or Teams pings for the jobs that matter
  • Zapier, Make and an API, so anything else can be joined on
  • Spreadsheets in and out, Google Sheets and Excel included
  • Google Business Profile and your review platform, for asking at the right moment

AI that does the typing

The same assistants the big platforms sell as an upgrade, working on your data.

  • Draft a reply to an enquiry in your voice, then edit it and send
  • A long email chain or a call, summarised into three lines and a next step
  • Ask in plain English — “who did we quote over $4,000 last month?” — and get an answer from your own records
  • A photo of a business card or a page of notes turned into a contact
  • A nudge each morning: who to call today, and why
  • The follow-up email written for you when a quote goes quiet

Safe, yours, and no surprises

Nobody on your team is a line item, and the data is yours to take.

  • Everyone included — the office, the crew, a subcontractor for the season, no per-seat fee
  • Roles and permissions: who sees costs, who can delete, who can only read
  • Two-factor sign-in, encrypted in transit and at rest
  • An audit trail of who changed what, and when
  • Nightly backups, and the whole thing exportable whenever you ask
  • US hosting, and a straight answer about where your data lives
  • You own the data. Stop paying and you take it with you, in full

Why there's no seat fee

A seat fee is a toll, not a service.

Look at what five people cost a month somewhere else, before you've built anything. Ours doesn't move: the owner on his own, the whole crew, the office manager and a subcontractor for the season — $50.

A CRM we build for youNothing per person, ever$50 flat

Those are each company's own published per-user prices, read in October 2026 — check their sites for today's figures, and read the seat minimums that sit under the cheaper ones. We're not affiliated with any of them and have sold nothing on this page but our own work. Our side is $1,000 once to build the thing, then $50 a month for the whole team, however big the team gets.

What it costs

$1,000 to build it.$50 a month to keep it.

One figure to build the tool around your business, one figure for every month after — and the second one never changes because you hired somebody.

Once

$1,000

to build it around how your business sells

  • A call or an email thread to learn how you sell, who touches a deal, and what you run today
  • Your fields, stages, forms and reports, written out for you to approve before we build
  • Your data brought across — contacts, companies, deals and notes — from a spreadsheet or your old CRM
  • Your email, calendar, accounting and payment tools connected, and tested with a real job
  • The automations worth having, and a plain-English note of what each one does
  • A walkthrough on your own data, and sign-in for everyone who needs it

Every month after that

$50a month, flat

whoever needs in, whenever you hire

  • Hosting, updates, nightly backups and the mobile app
  • Changes as you grow — a new field, a stage, a form, a report, a different report
  • Support from a person who knows your setup, not a queue
  • Your team, whole — five people or fifty, the fee doesn't move
  • No contract to sign, and a month's notice when you want to stop

Five people or fifty: still $50. No seat fee, no “platform” charge, no upgrade tier with the reports in it — the reports are in the tool.

Refundable in full any time before launch — deposit or paid up front. Read the terms

Nothing is charged until you've seen what we'd build and agreed the plan. Any money paid is refundable in full until the day your CRM goes live — the same rule as every build on this site.

How the build runs

Four steps, and you're in it the whole way.

  1. 1

    Tell us how you sell

One call or a few emails: what you sell, who does what, what happens between an enquiry and a paid job, and what you use today.

  2. 2

We map it, and you approve it

The fields, stages, forms, reports and automations, written in your words. You read it and change what's wrong before a line gets built.

  3. 3

We build it and bring your data in

Your CRM, built around that map, with your contacts and history moved across and your email, calendar and accounting connected.

  4. 4

    You get walked through it

Training on your own records for whoever will use it, and changes made while it's fresh. From then on it's $50 a month, flat.

Questions owners ask

Answered straight.

So it's $1,000 and then $50 a month?

Yes. $1,000 once, to build a CRM around how your business actually sells. Then $50 a month, flat, for as long as you use it. Everyone on your team is included — there is no per-seat fee, and adding someone doesn't change the bill.

Why is there no charge per person?

Because a seat fee is not a service, it's a toll. The work of running your CRM doesn't double when you give the office manager a login. So one price, whoever needs in — which is also why five people on a $29 seat elsewhere costs you $145 a month before you've built anything.

What does the $50 a month cover?

Hosting, updates, nightly backups, the mobile app, and the changes you'll want as the business changes — a new field, a stage, a form, a report. Plus support from a person who knows your setup. It isn't a licence with a support portal; it's your tool, looked after.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel whenever you like, and your data comes back to you in full when you go. We'd rather keep it by being useful than by holding the door shut.

Can you move our data out of HubSpot, Salesforce or a spreadsheet?

Yes, and it's part of the build rather than an extra. Contacts, companies, deals, notes and as much history as the old system will hand over come across, and we check the count with you at the end.

We don't want all of this. Do we have to use it?

No. The list above is what the ten best-known CRMs do between them — we build the parts your business will use and leave the rest out, so the tool you open on Monday isn't a maze. What you leave out can be added later, at no charge for the building.

How long does it take?

It depends on how much you want in it and how clean your old data is. You'll get a date on the call, before you pay anything, and you can watch it come together in the client portal as it's built.

What happens to the site we already have?

Nothing — the CRM sits alongside it, or we connect the two so a form on your site lands in your pipeline. If you'd like both looked after by one studio, that's the rest of this site's job.

Start here

Tell us how you sell, and we'll tell you what yours looks like.

What you sell, who does what between an enquiry and a paid job, and what you use today. We'll come back with the fields, the stages, the automations worth having, and a date — before any money moves.

In a hurry? Book the 15 minutes and say it out loud instead: pick a time here.

No commitment. We reply within one business day.

The whole offer

$1,000 once. $50 a month. Everyone included.

A tool built around your business, priced like a tool you own rather than a licence you rent per person. Month to month, and your data comes with you if you ever go.

Real humans

You talk to the person doing the work. No account managers.

We answer the phone

Call or email during the build and you get a person, same day.

No contracts

One project at a time. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to cancel.

You own everything

Your domain, your site, your files — all in your name.
